Former Techster Sue Donohoe Resigning from NCAA Post

The Provo, Utah, Daily Herald reports that former Lady Techster Sue Donohoe "abruptly announced Wednesday (10-26-2011) that she will resign as a NCAA vice president at the end of November" for "family and personal reasons."

Prior joining the NCAA in 2009, she was associate commissioner of the Southland Conference.

ESPN Vice President, Programming & Acquisitions Carol Stiff said ""Sue has been an invaluable partner to ESPN and a force within women's basketball."

Donohoe headed up a NCAA women's playoff tournament "mock election" process four years ago for media members and former coaches to help understanding of the process, and it has been continued, the news article said.
