Pretty interesting that Tebow threw for 316 yards and 31.6 yards per completion. As you may know, his favorite passage to write on his eye black back in the day was John 3:16.

Tebow is everthing most of us would like to have in a son. Needs some work on his game yet, but he's learning and leading. Haters gonna hate and GOD and Tebow gonna love.
Yes! That is why I pull for him. He is a wonderful young man and a positive role model for the young, but really anyone. He has been mocked, laughed at, and hated by millions simply for his faith in God. None of us that I know can say that- and yet he remains steadfast in what he believes and I applaud him. He is not hated because he isn't the best QB- no one even knows who John Beck from the Redskins is, and he had to be the worst QB in football this year, and yet he started at least 3 games. People hate him because he practices what he believes in- and that will not always result in victory. I agree with what several of you have said, I do believe God is in the little things in our lives too- if we will let Him.
So thrilled for Tebow and the Broncos. I never gave them a chance to win that game, had it Pitt 24 Denver 6 (2 loooong FGs).
All four home teams won, so this week, need to switch it. ALL the road teams need to win!
Go Saints!
Go Texans!
Go Broncos!
Go Giants!
And the LORD says ask and ye shall receive.
Funny, you never saw this type of hate for Michael Irvin, or any other NFL star who was doing drugs, and running around on his wife etc. Just the opposite, they were almost praised for it.
Just the way society is. Michael, and Deion gave their lives to Christ and are now great role models. God can use anyone. Sometimes the very best witnesses are those who have hit rock bottom because they have been there and can relate to people who are there now. Deion is doing so much work for children in D/FW right now. The guy is tireless.
