trying to figure out what to get mine
I've bought:
a purse
perfume
bottles of pinot grigio wine
Give me some ideas...what's "in"?
Note - this is the woman that did not gripe while I went to all 6 home games, all the Mississippi games and now San Diego. Help a brother out.

This is a great idea. Always nice to show that you were thinking about her even when out of town for the game.

I bought mine a piece of furniture, perfume and some weird hat she went gaga over at the store.
My wife only accepts jewelry, mostly expensive diamonds. I've gotten away with pearls...once. But she said pearls are okay for Mother's Day and even a B'day gift, but don't measure up for a Christmas gift. So....it's a 3 carat diamond necklace with a full carat matching earrings, all in 18K white gold. And I pray it's enough to satisfy her......the dogs get grumpy sharing their house with me.

Well, she's not my wife, but I gave my girlfriend an engagement ring just before Thanksgiving. Her birthday was the 13th and she wanted a vacuum cleaner, which she got. So for Christmas I'm giving her a card saying I gave her a ring to stay around and a vacuum to keep the house clean. Hope she doesn't dissapoint, I mean get dissapointed
