Started to post this under baddawgs thread about his gameroom but deferred so as not to hijack it with the first response, but the title got me to thinking. I wonder if the administration has given any thought to selling the old chairbacks. They would be great conversation pieces in gamerooms, etc.

Agreed. Those would be much better than a Yogi Berra autograph.
Those seats are in very good shape. Change out the hardware and paint the bases and they're good as new.

I want two rows of four and I want them pretty badly.

Has anyone contacted anyone in athletic administration about this? If not, I think we should email them to show the demand for the chairbacks. I'll send one.
Also can these chairbacks be individually separated?
They could require a certain LTAC contribution before being able to make a purchase of these seats.

We need to show the admins that there is a demand for it.
Same with the court floor. They never did sell that.
Just throwing out ideas but are we sure the removal process won't destroy the chairs?
