HAVE THE SAME RULES FOR COACHES!! Players have to sit out a year or move down a division, without special permission from the NCAA. If a coach breaks his contract, not only will the school stealing the coach have to pay the buyout, but they will also have to go a year without a head coach and the coach leaving will have to go a year without pay.
