What about it? It is Russian and is experiencing all kinds of techincal issues. It is far from combat ready...and it's Russian anyway. Sure, the Ruskies can sell a few to China, and given all the problems they are having with it, they probably will! The Chicoms won't be any better at correcting all its flaws. Naturally, the Ruskies, masters of propaganda and tooting their own horn (because no one else will) have discounted the problems. As recently as March 20, 2020, the Russians said it just going thru some "childhood diseases" that will be corrected in time. Well, the Ruskies boasted it was operational back in 2017....hmmm, that's a long bout with a childhood disease.
