So I have focused my giving on baseball for obvious reasons. We give all we can for two season tickets and the $500 LTAC level. I know, this is chicken feed for the over achievers who ask for even more money, but THIS is what's wrong with LaTech from the President, to the AD, to the minions who send these stupid begging emails out without any consideration of who they are sending them to.

Here's the body of an email coming after the sweep of a team who has not won a game this year. Good grief! These are the peeps who think Aramark and Learfield are the bomb!

Louisiana Tech trailed Big 10-member Northwestern, 9-3, going into the bottom of the second, then outscored the visiting Wildcats 13-0 the rest of the way to win, 16-9, and sweep the three-game series on a beautiful Sunday afternoon at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park.

The Bulldogs will take Monday and Tuesday off and get back to work Wednesday before heading to Fayetteville to play No. 8 Arkansas Friday at 3, Saturday at 2 and Sunday at 1. Tech returns to The Love Shack March 14-15 for a Tuesday-Wednesday set against Air Force, then opens the C-USA season at home with three weekend games against Charlotte beginning Friday, March 17.

Competing at a championship level requires championship resources, and we need your loyal support as we embark on the 2023 season. You are invited to support our championship efforts in providing a first class experience for our student athletes. You can donate an amount that is meaningful to you or pledge to support every time the Diamond Dogs win, record a Strikeout, hit a Home Run or win a C-USA Title and secure a NCAA bid.
We look forward to staying in touch with you throughout the year and can't wait to welcome you and your family back to the Love Shack this spring.
