What a thoroughly putrid performance by Tech (the preseason pick conference champions) tonight against a 7-14 team. Tech was essentially manhandled and is now officially the worst college baseball team in Louisiana and I’m not even going to look up all the other teams’ records, because we just are. I think Tech could fire Gaspard and Fouts tomorrow and the team wouldn’t play any worse. It’s time to put Burroughs on notice that his job is in jeopardy. In the post game he said the team played hard. Evidently playing bad hard is commendable.
