La Vuelta "The Tour of Spain"
American rider Sepp Kuss of Durango, Colorado has all but won the grand tour bike race in Spain, all he has to do is not fall off his bike tomorrow on the final stage into Madrid. Kuss is not the team leader for Team Jumbo, who has on its roster the reigning champions of the Giro (Tour of Italy) and The Tour of France, but Kuss kept finishing near the top stage after stage and assumed the lead in this race. His two super teammates will finish 2nd and 3rd giving Jumbo a clean sweep of the podium.
Sepp Kuss is a youngster with a bright future as a pro cyclist. He helped his mates when in Italy and France and they just returned the favor in Spain. Kuss represents the very best of what sports is supposed to be about. He is incredibly humble, family-oriented...almost preciously naive! What a refreshing change from all these self-serving prima donnas who care only about themselves and their selfish gains.
Congrats to Sepp Kuss, champion of the Tour of Spain, and I am now a big fan!
