What about BYU and New Mexico?
Arkansas will not be going anywhere. SEC money is just too big.

I also agree. For the Big 12, their first option would be BYU and the second option would have to be biting the bullet and inviting TCU. BUY would do it because their TV aspirations match up with Texas in that they can have their own individual TV deals. All in all, the Big 12 won't have any incentive to move unless the new BCS deal specifically requires a minimum league size.
The Big 12 is gonna stay at 10... That's how Texas wants it... That's how it's gonna be... No sense in speculating any additions to the Big 12...

We get a mention in this Fox Sports Article:
http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefoot...-impact-112910
Now the Mountain West has to get proactive and go after Houston and Southern Miss and possibly keep raiding the WAC to take Louisiana Tech. The Mountain West won’t sit still, but it’ll be treading water.

"The real loser in all this, of course, is the Mountain West. Just when it seemed like the league was about to turn the corner and become on par with the Big East as a BCS conference, now it’s just the WAC Plus."
I like this part.

So the writer is suggesting the MWC to take us, Southern Miss and Houston?

It is the WAC less - Damnit, the WAC was lucky to have us. I'm tired of apologizing. We don't have to apologize to anybody.
It's time to close the doors to the Temple of Janus.

Well wouldn't that be huge if we got an invite from the MWC? But us, Southern Miss and Houston would give the conference 13 teams. I thought 12 was the number they want.
