For our Japanophiles, Inudesu & Ktulu, a pretty cool Sapporo beer commercial: www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-Rs6YEZAt8
And just for Ktulu, in case he hasnt seen this fun song from South Park: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0E4grr3B35A&feature=related
My wife got some clothes from a lady that she works with to give to my nephew the other day. Saturday I learned that there was an lsux windjacket in the pile. That night I went out back and burned the jacket.

70 year old dude was hit in the head with a bat and then managed to shoot two of the three invaders.
"I could have shot the third one, but I would have had to shoot him in the back as he ran away."
IMO, if someone is stupid enough to break into a man's house and hit him in the head with a bat, it should be perfectly fine to shoot the idiot criminal in the back.
I dunno. I kind of like that he's going to have to tell this story over and over again.
So what happened?
We knocked on his door. When he opened it, we rushed him and hit him in the head with a bat hard enough to open his head up.
And then what happened?
He shot the other two guys and I ran away.
That's a pretty tough guy.
The lady and son who live in the condo unit next to me haven't paid their mortgage or condo association fees in three years. Their bank moved to foreclose on them, but messed up the paperwork. So, the association has decided to send them an ultimatum which describes financial assistance programs to take advantage or face eviction.
And today, they're moving new furniture into the unit which they claim has been in storage this whole time.
I don't see that situation ending any way but badly.
Gotta love Terry Bradshaw. Watching the SB pregame show and he was joking with Jerome Bettis when he was talking about winning a championship close to home, Terry says "on behalf of Louisiana Tech, we were extremely disappointed when you chose Notre Dame over us." To which Bettis responds "That was my second choice." One of the best promoters we have.
After finishing Into Thin Air, I've decided that I don't want to try to climb Mt. Everest.
Actually, I came to that conclusion well before I finished it. Why do I always seem to read books about being cold in the winter? This was as bad as reading The Stand while fighting a cold.
