I know this is really random but I was thinking I would love to open a what-a-burger or jimmie johns in ruston. Students would go crazy for what-a-burger since it stays open 24/7 and is delicious. When I visited Jimmie Johns it was a hit in town with the students since it was very fast and they delivered until 4 a.m.!
Word is that Santa Fe will start construction some time during March. Should be ready for business this summer. Per the article the other day in the RDL.
A Backyard Burger would be awesome too.
A guy who owns some BYB franchises lives in Ruston. Not sure why he hasn't tried Monroe or Ruston.

Not a fan of Backyard Burgers. Jimmy John's is okay. Whataburger is awesome, especially after drinking too much.

Griffs needs competition. The foods great, but I have a had time thinking of places with worse service.
