Chachos is supposed to be good? That is good to know, so I will give it another try. Of course, I went to the one in the Mexican ghetto here in Houston, and I was not impressed with the food/ambiance.
Heard the old Holiday Inn sold .... the new owners? are loading the wrecking ball.
The knight inn will remain. The budget inn will go...to make room for a restaurant.
Sounds like there's quite a bit of new development going on in Ruston.

Budget Inn, stayed there once...it's totally gross. It needs to be torn down.
It will remove unused hotel rooms, yes.
In this case, good = massive quantities and the ambiance is achieved by drinking the margarita(s). There are far better mexican food establishments but for quantity of food and an ass kicking margarita, Chachos will do with little cost.

Boise rented out the entire place when they played in Ruston.
Not sure about Logan's, but talked to owners of Newk's and they are definately coming to Ruston soon.
Also....Orange Leaf... a self serve yogurt chain will be coming to Ruston as well.
So Twisted Cow will have competition? There's enough business to support both, you think?
