I like the schedule. No more than 2 consecutive road games.
Since 2005 when USU & UI joined, this is only the 2nd time (2008) we don't play them back-to-back
Sucks that there is a home game the same weekend as the US Grand Prix. Sucks even worse that it is the team that is most likely to rival us for the WAC championship.

Homecoming on LSU-Bama day... Yuck. We needed a road game that weekend.
Even worse, we scheduled our homecoming game against UTSA at 3pm.
The LSU-Bama game is almost guaranteed the 2:30pm CBS slot.
Why are we trying to compete with LSU-Bama BCS championship rematch?
Our game time against UTSA needs to change to 6pm ASAP.

2009 - 2:30 CBS
2010 - 2:30 CBS
2011 - 7:00 CBS (Game of the Century)
Is it guaranteed that CBS gives their primetime spot to college football?
Their marquee game is usually played at 2:30.
I was going to say that.
If they are 1-2 again and pay ESPN like last year.
I didn't know about all that. I initially thought that they played the Game of the Century at 2:30.
We just need to make sure we don't play at the same time as the LSU-Bama game.Originally to air on CBS with a start time of 2:30 p.m. CST, CBS reassigned the game for primetime television at 7:00 p.m. CST as part of a trade announced October 23. The deal with CBS involved swapping games to other networks and gave future scheduling considerations for the 2012 season to ESPN. This was the case as CBS used their allotted SEC primetime slot for the Alabama–Florida game earlier in the season.
The Utah State home game is during quarter break and coincides with commencement.
