Speaking of killing a thread, ???????, I've got something for you. An issue. I have (real) squirrels eating everything plastic in my yard. They are gnawing into garden hoses, flower pots, hose caddy, patio furniture, trash bins, even a polymer base under the AC unit. What the hay? Anybody ever experienced such? They are really well fed (bird seed, most of my garden, more than ample acorns, neighbor's pecan tree. Recommendations, besides traps(not too effective), or pellet between the eyes?
If plastic were gold, I'd be broke!

World Water Day

A world without water is no world at all! Beaches with no waves to enjoy. Hot summer days with no way to cool off. Thirsty plants, animals and people. And how would we bathe? Today we give thanks to water and educate ourselves on the dangers of water shortage, and the reality of people living without enough to go around.
