I say the more the merrier. Chants like that make the atmosphere around the conference on game days even better. Marshall fans don't claim ownership or anything to the chant since we all understand that it was something our fans ripped off years ago as well.

1. It is generic. Nothing wrong with that. You don't ever yell "come on defense" or "go dogs" or "huzzah for the hometown squad?"

2. Those were colleges that he listed, not high schools. Penn St and Marshall and USC are all colleges. So is Tech. That makes it sound "college."
