Got my cwp in today!
I wish I had a gun.
I am looking to get another hand gun. I have had my eye on the Berreta Px4 Storm mainly for it's rotating barrel. Anyone tried this one out before?
Starting to cool on the idea of an AR-15 for the time being...thinking more along the lines of an AR-10. I was reading that DPMS makes one chambered for a .308. Any thoughts or experience with these?

“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”
I would love to have a Colt LE that can be switched between 308 and 223,but due to cost I am just going to stick with my plans of builting and AR 15. I don't think you can go wrong with the DPMS though.

Just picked-up a browning cynergy 28...can't wait to hit the sporting clays this weekend! I also shot my El Tigre 44/40 this past week and love it as well. Just ordered 500 more rounds.

Hope the link works.
Basically, I have to qualify on the M9 every once in a while, so I started looking at getting a 92FS or 92A1. Not ready to commit to that just yet, so I figured I'd look at something that could be a CCW, but still a 9mm so I only have to buy one kind of ammo if I ever get something closer to the M9.
My main consideration is that it needs to be something my wife could handle, and she has very small hands. I'd also prefer the 3-dot sight like the ones at work use, because I'm probably not going to shoot enough to master different types of sights.
Thoughts?
JL-How have you liked your Taurus?
I never ended up getting a Taurus. In that price range for a concealable 9, I'd take a hard look at the Kel Tec PF9. Khar released a lower cost version of the pm9 recently that also interests me.
Here's the Kel Tec. I've got a p3AT and I've not had the first issue with it. They are quality guns an unbeatable price: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...+Polymer+Grips
The Kahr: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ly+Grip+and+Fr
Keep in mind that most of these are going to be quite a handful to shoot because they are light and 9mm is no joke in a 11-15 oz. gun. It screws up all your previously mentioned plans, but a .357 snub nose (like a Ruger LCR) can be loaded with .38 special loads for your wife and then hopped up to .357 when you are the main handler.

I had the Kahr cw40. Maybe I had a bad one,but I could never get through two magazines without a jam. I never thought I would be a glock convert, but I guess I am.
Sorry, just noticed this question -- it was on sale at "Larry's" a pretty cool local gun shop if you're ever through North Alabama. The LCP is OK for what it is, a very compact, very concealable weapon. The trigger pull is realllly long, though (I'm still getting used to it), and the sights are useless/non-existant. It's not particularly fun to shoot, obviously, since it weighs so little. Without the laser it's tough for me to hit the broad side of a barn past 10 yards. The Crimson Trace is costly, but much better than the alternatives (a friend of mine bought the LCP with a lasermax laser on it -- not nearly as good). At least on the LCP, the Crimson Trace is natural to activate and use, and takes up very little extra real estate. I'd buy it again -- I'm less certain about whether I'd buy the LCP again.
The Kel Tec PF9 is worth what it costs. Not much more. Since the break in period it's been pretty reliable, but I find I carry it rarely because it's just a tad too large for pocket carry, and if I want to carry something larger than my LCP (or your K3AT that you mentioned) I go to my H&K USP or Glock.

I have a NIB Taurus Millennium Pro 45 ACP for anyone looking for a deal.
Just picked up a Kel-Tec PMR 30 with 2 extra magazines...that's enough 22WMR to stay in the field a day or two with reloading!
I'm an asshole! What's your excuse?
