Who ya got? We know Lucas wants Eggan back as defensive line coach. I want Ingram back as running backs coach.
I'd like to keep our up tempo offensive style with a few more wrinkles. I'm up for anything on defense.
Who's the OC at UCA? Don't they throw the rock a lot?

I mentioned this in another thread. I think we should take a look at Randy Shannon for the defensive coordinator. I think he was in the middle of a mess at Miami. He tried to keep it clean. He is an amazing defensive coach, and he is an awesome recruiter. He is currently the linebackers coach at TCU.

I don't know if we could afford this guy (making $215k), but I think he would be worth a shot for offensive coordinator. Great recruiter, and he has coached some great talent at WR. I wonder if we did score a deal with Holtz salary due to his buy-out...

I would be good with Rattay coming in as the QB coach. I think it would be good to keep Coach Ingram, Coach Perot, and Coach Eggan.
Why not Texas A&M's Special Teams and Tight End's coach Brian Polian? Wouldn't he consider this to be an opportunity to move up to OC??
I would think DC for Polian. He has worked ST, Safeties, and Linebackers in the last couple of years. That doesn't sound bad either.
That's if Kent doesn't hire him as head coach first. He interviewed there today I believe.

Yeah, if Monken gets his way USM is gonna have a bunch of Tech people running the show over there. How's that for karma?
Yuck. Don't remind us. Some of us are trying to get over this hire and move into positive land, so I don't want to hear about Monken building a super staff down in Hattiesburg!
