Why not Rattay?

Rattay? Why not Kubik. UCA damn near beat us last year. How about Conque and Kubik or hell, just put Kubik in charge.

Conque has done nothing but good since he left here. He's taken UCA from D2 to 1aa and won the southland twice in the 4 or 5 years since they moved up. And the last two years into the second round of the 1aa playoffs. He did a good job when he was here also.

Kubik has made his mark in both recruiting and coaching at both NWS and UCA. Both years since being at UCA he's had his receivers and special team players in the all conference ranks. And put NWS at the top of the 1aa recruiting rankings when he was the recruiting coordinator there.

Either one of those (or both) have Tech blood in them. I would hope the AD is at least considering these options.

Tim & Allison both have a strong desire to return to Louisiana Tech. Tim would immediately make an outstanding QB coach and would be a strong recruiter. He is ready to get started and just waiting on a call, from TECH!

So is John Simon.

Because when I asked him at the game he attended if he was ready to come coach the Dawgs, he just laughed.

That was certainly nice to hear, I would love to see him back at La Tech in an AC or coordinators position, not sure if he is ready for coordinator though.
Tim always seemed to be in charge when he was on the field, he still seems like one of the best decision makers that ever set foot on the field, he was also a real student of the game.

If Kingsbury, Bobo, and Applewhite can be successful OCs, I have no doubt Timmy would outshine all three of them.
