Reneau did announce that $18M has been raised at graduation yesterday.

Well, we haven't broken ground yet, and it was reported that Reneau said we had raised $18 million so far so how do you interpret that? Just asking.

If the Q4E wasn't going to get kicked off 6 months ago, it shouldn't be started now until Dr Guice becomes President. I believe Dr Reneau is deferring to DG and that's the way it ought to be now.
