Correct.
No. 36: Oregon St
Who is No. 35? This team is led by the only active coach to win 50 or more games during his first four seasons on the NCAA level.

No. 35: Georgia Tech
Who is No. 34? This program is the only one in the FBS recognized with a 2012 Super 11 Award to have reached a BCS bowl since the 2009 season.

And #33 wiill be Baylor (1996-2005, 28 wins; 2010-2012, 25 wins).

No. 34: Cincinnati
Who is No. 33? This program has three fewer wins since 2010 as it had from during a decade-long span from 1996-2005.
Without looking it up, it sounds like it could be Tulsa. They weren't any good in the WAC but became a powerhouse went they left for C-USA in 2005.
Take out the former sunbelt schools and CUSA is at 84.4 without Tulsa and with Rice admittedly under ranked, although I realize that doesn't count for anything...

You're getting ahead of me RC.
No. 33: Baylor
Who is No. 32? This team has not thrown for 400 yards in a game since the first game of the 2008 season.

#32 is not Tulsa...still checking for the answer.
Found it...BYU.

I think he has Tulsa overrated. (but Rice underrated)

I'd say Fresno State is a bit more overrated than Tulsa is at this point.
G5 teams still on the board when BYU comes off are Northern Illinois, Louisville, Boise State, Tulsa, and Fresno State.
