That seems to be a problem with our receivers every year. Why don't we ever seem to get better?
It is Holtz's fault that they are playing.
It happens. Even the best receivers drop passes. It's always more noticeable when it is our guy doing the dropping. Our opponents have dropped several this year.
Putting an injured Higgins back into the game.....and having him run......THAT is ridiculous and speaks volumes about our coach, or lack there of. I feel better about the win for the kids, but my feelings on Skipper remain.
With everybody on the fire Holtz bandwagon...myself included, why aren't folks calling for Rattays firing with the poor performance of our WRs?
They are turning their head, Sterling did it on his drop and Casey does it on his drops. In their mind THEY ARE thinking run after the catch instead of focusing on the catch. Taylor had this problem early but fixed it.

Matt Moore too. I think when people blame it on Holtz, they really mean to clean house.... all of em. Except Juluke... he seems to have Dixon playing at a high level.

We aren't firing Holtz any time soon so stop bitching. I agree he and his staff have lots of flaws but he is here for at least 3 years. I saw some improvement against UTEP on the OL except for the 4th and 1. Only 2 linemen fired off the other 3 stood straight up. Still need to work on tackling on the defensive side and getting off blocks.
We will win 4-6 games this year.
. Omg!!! Dixon is playing at high level because he Is Dixon. Came to Tech as # 5 best player in Arkansas and set NCAA td records as freshman. Julake has zero, nada , zip with his performance. We started yr with him and ik as face of program
If a player is playing bad, you fire the coach. So if a player is playing good, you keep the coach. Duh.
