That's what I thought.
This is a great example of how "misconceptions" about certain schools can circulate amongst our fans. I saw a post here on BB&B a couple of months ago from someone slamming Kansas State for traveling poorly too. Again I was shocked. Just like Oregon, KSU is one of the best traveling schools in all of college football. Yet, we had someone here on BB&B that was definitely uninformed.
Stewart Mandel, Jerry Palm, Ralph Russo, Tony Barnhart, et al. say it was politics that kept the Pac-12 and Oregon from getting a BCS at-large bid.
GoDaddy.com Bowl ranked as 2nd worst game, and the New Orleans Bowl was ranked as the worst game...

4 teams is not a playoff. A playoff needs a minimum of 8 teams if not 12 or 16.
Plus the "access" bowl crap that starts next year is going to be worse than the current bogus crap.
The entire playoff and bowl system needs to be blown up and cleansed...problem with that is that the conference commissioners like Slive and Delaney are getting their pockets lined, so they have no incentive to change a thing.

At the New Orleans bowl, ULL doing it right. Big crowd in the dome for them. Tulane filled the lower level endzone to endzone. But that's it, ULL fans over them on the mid and upper levels.
