I can't believe Holtz ever hired this guy. Why is he still employed after the obvious lack of conditioning we all witnessed last year? The top line should have referred to the OLine coach and S&C coach. Trying to go military...

I like the idea of using last year's poor results as a motivator. But seems like it would be a tricky thing to pull off. Does anyone know how this is resonating w/ the players? I wonder if they had a hand in creating it.
They obviously know where we need to improve. I guess it was obvious to all, but I like challenging the players this way.
It's not a fundamental coaching technique. It's a stupid technique that never works.
We'll see, but this guy had zero history of being a football S&C guy when he was hired. Looks like a good personal trainer and baseball guy, but not a football guy.
Lack of time has been the excuse wispered around by Holtz fans. He will have had plenty of time by the Oklahoma game.
Coaches may do stuff like this to get the individual to open up and admit they are holding back so the whole team can heal together. We, on the other hand, do not help by splashing negative comments on the WWW. Opinions, fine, but to echo on and on and on doesn't accomplish any good thing. Wonder what was the source of the statements? Team meetings? Self critiques? BB&B (J/k)
That sign would motivate me to work harder...just like the lack of respect/discussion the Bronco defense is (not) receiving. Broncos defense will be the winning factor this Sunday.
Same motivational technique SirSaban used earlier this month with a 0-2 poster in each player's locker, after losing to AU and OU.
