Friday's Pep Rally

Tonight's pep rally (moved from the stadium to the TAC) ROCKED!!!
The Greeks were well represented and filled over half of the red sections. Others were up in the blue.

My only disappointment (surprise) was Coach Bick and his "football team." He took center court makes a few comments, introduced the team (I didn't know our squad was so small -only 20 players now???). He thanked the band for all their great support. And oh yeah, the cheer leaders, and with a little beckoning from Champ, Bick even thanked Champ for his support.

BUT THE IDIOT NEVER MENTIONED THE STUDENTS!!!

What's up with that? And when they get pissed and don't show tomorrow, he'll be whining about not having the support of the student body. What a blunder! Does this guy have post-its around the house to remind him how to dress in the morning? Hopefully, he'll remember where he left his head by 2pm Saturday.

Some friends of mine, who were orientation leaders in the past, went to the pep rally last night for the 30 year orientation thing. They were shocked at how the football team acted and represented themselves. They live in Alabama & said if half the University of Alabama team showed up late looking like our team looked, they would have gotten their asses chewed up and spit back at them by their coach. Leadership & respect is sorely lacking!
