It originally always a blended rating. Sagarin split out the Predictor (fully victory margin-based) and ELO (only result-based without victory margin not considered) when the BC$ required it.
The Predictor is the most accurate (according to Sagarin) for predicting future results. The blended rating is the rating of record outside of the ELO use in the BC$.
No time to do it now, but some time by next summer I am going to test Sagarin's results in all ranking forms to see which one was the most accurate for predicting 2014 game results.

Does CUSA rank higher than the other conferences? There was a thread that showed how every conference ranked that was in Division 1. AAC,ACC, ect...
I don't see "blended rating" on his site. What does that mean? Is that the number to the far left? I thought the original Sagarin was based on scores (Predictor) and then he added the Elo, which takes the scores out. "Blended" is a combination of the Predictor and the Elo?
