ECU has roared back from a 23-6 deficit with three 4th quarter TDs to take the lead 30-26 at home over UCF with 2:17 left.

UCF must win to stay in the access bowl discussion.

UCF wins 32-30 on a 51-yard Hail Mary on the last play of the game to stay alive in the access bowl discussion.

Horrible clock management and Hail Mary defense by ECU after a great 4th quarter comeback.

So there we are folks. Two years ago Orange Bowl reps were in Joe Aillet Stadium when we were close to a BCS game bid. Now we are one of the final eight or so G5s for an Access bowl bid.

    We're making progress!

OMG! I was screaming at ECU during that whole clock management, and worse, field position debacle. They surrendered close to 20 yards putting UCF in striking distance of a Hail Mary. Stoooooooopid!

And then, another OMG! THREE, count 'em, THREE ECU DBs all blow it. That UCF WR Perriman, I assume he's related to the Perriman that played in the NFL. Anyone know?

As a neutral, objective observer, that 4th qtr last night was entertaining, but I still go bonkers when I see stooooooopid coaching decisions.

    Brent Perriman's son.

The 2 or 3 DBs really misjudged the ball. Plus, one of them ran up from the goal line, over running a play on the ball. Had he held his ground, ECU wins.

Give that Perriman kid credit, that was not an easy catch. He jumped too soon too and was on his way down when he snagged it. Great catch!

3 years ago we gave TCU all they wanted at Poinsetta bowl, now they are CURRENTLY in final 4 for national championship game --how crazy is that . New stadium expansion will be exciting to see next season and a lot of real talent returning-- just hope Holtz can keep staff together and Qb ready

A third of the first half scoring in Detroit came in the last minute...20-10 NIU as the second half kicks off.

NIU is close to opening up a barrel of whoop-ass on BG...now 37-10 Huskies with 4:15 left in the 3rd.

Oregon has squandered two chances for TDs but got FGs each time...Ducks up 6-0 on Arizona and the Wildcat offense hasn't hit the field yet.

NIU finished off Bowling Green 51-17.

The excess supply of whoop-ass that NIU didn't use was express shipped to Santa Clara, and Oregon is using it on Arizona...23-zip Ducks halftime.
