I was told awhile back by a general manager of a popular restaurant chain (who I will call by their initials, Chili's), if you turn up the sound there is a much higher rights fee you have to pay to the powers that be. If the TVs are muted, the price is minimal.

Watched someone stop across the intersection from me today. Lady rolled down her window and threw out what appeared to be about 6-8 jolly rancher or peppermint wrappers then drive away.
