Champ967: The chicken was able to devise a plan that would mitigate its exposure to any dangerous conditions and/or perils! It was then able to easily navigate the road and arrive safely on the opposite side. However, I do not condone this journey, as it was not necessary or beneficial to Louisiana Tech. The chicken should have been satisfied to sit on the hill!!!![]()
No, he doesn't want to meet with me. I offered to buy him lunch at Sundown when he is in Ruston for the FB game. He not so politely declined. Since he no longer posts on BBB, he has resorted to leaving me PMs (unsolicited and randomly) - about 40 so far. Below is a sample from the one I received yesterday.
"Answer the question: what kind of people raised someone like yourself who is such a POS??? How many 'uncles' were part of your life, as your mom did all her 'dating' while you were growing up." - geauxpnc aka cajun_fan aka Vermillion White
His other PMs are equally as kind. All because I defended Tech on the CUSA board (last November) from attacks by the @ Lafayetters and correctly pointed out to our conference brethren that there is no UL or Louisiana and ULLs pursuit of the name is illegal and unethical. Apparently, their administration agrees as they seemingly have given up their quest for the name. The RPers are having a hard time realizing that what I and others have said has been true all along, as they consider UL and/or Louisiana their "rightful name" - which makes absolutely no sense.
He has been chasing me around for almost a year now. Nice folks down there in Lafayette.
Their '15 football guide has Louisiana all over it.
Met a very nice young guy yesterday. He is a graduate of Georgia State and is here for grad school. He had not seen our football schedule yet, but I told him we were playing UL- Laffayette and he laughed. He just said, "I hope TECH beats the daylights out of them." He is very excited for football season. Seemed equally excited to hear someone call that school by their name.
Rhinodawg will be having chicken - sausage jambalaya at game
I look forward to another year of focusing on quality rather than quantity. It is a great change of pace.
