    Overcast skies. Not that hot.

    East side about half full already. Southern fans have already filled about 1/4 of the east side. (with some infiltrating the student sections).

    They cut away from Rice/Wagner to us. But they are cutting back since we are in delay. Should be back up 15 -45 minutes. Said something along those lines.
