Yeah I don't understand that either. Guess he didn't understand himself. The announcers were poor in a lot of their judgments imo
My cowboy painless cathator almost burst at the end. I watched more commercials than the game. I love the video was 4 plays behind the idiot announcers.
That cowboy commercial was hilarious, probably the only commercial that could've made me laugh after that push down PI call
And they were 4 more plays behind KXKZ.
. UTSA-- for those in Lafayette, University of Texas AT SAN ANTONIO always gives us a tough game! They are MUCH better than they were last year. I knew this would be a nail biter. NOW, had we had Dixon I believe UTSA's defensive game plan would have been different but some people saying we should have blown these guys out by 2-3 TD's are smoking something! Those of us that have lived through excruciating heartache losses very much appreciate this Victory! Now let's beat Miss. St. even if it's by one point! Go Dawgs!
Speaking of, isn't there a process for Holtz or whoever to complain or "constructively criticize" to CUSA about officiating?
I watched quite a bit of the Rice game. Rice plays good fundamental ball control with a defense that compliments their offensive philosophy.
So looking back, how huge were those catches by McKnight and Carlos. That throw to Carlos was NFL caliber. For all the drops Carlos can have, he came up huge on 2nd and 13. Play of the game.

I would think SA game planned for Dixon. It looked to me like, like last week, our opponent chose to defend the run. Tech found a way to win again. What a game.
1. any road win in conference is a good win, especially when you blow a lead. there are some things Holtz does I don't like, but he always stays calm and positive. it has to help the team feel calm too. lots of injuries and we won anyway. so I will take it. and next week, while I want to beat MSU, it is not a conference game, so do what we have to do to get guys healthy for the next week, even if Dixon, etc. need to sit out one more game.
2. Portland State 66 - North Texas 7? that is embarrassing
Yep, I have been critical of Carlos often this year, but he definitely came up with some huge catches tonight that we HAD to have.

. That's why lines tend to be stupid 35% of time ( an arbitrary % I invented). Who knew Dixon- Turner would be out. Who knew a backup Qb would play so well. Who knew a wr with 0 career tds would get 2. Who knew we would have 2 freaky INTs. Great win for us on road. They had played a very first schedule and did not see the cheap shots I expected. Game stressed me but we showed outstanding composure when it counted. Crucial win for us
