Low turnout will change things. Nobody wants to admit that minorities and young people will not turn out. People forget that Obama only won both times because of large turnouts from those two groups. That and a low turnout from conservatives is how he was able to squeeze out the second term.

Throw all that out the window this time.

Have you heard his rambling on about fixing Obamacare? He will govern by holding his wet finger in the air to feel the wind direction. I'll still vote for him over the evil bitch, but he is scary.
I like Trump better than Cruz and believe he is more electable. I more impressed with Trump's kids that Trump. Trump has raised great kids that love him which shows me he has good judgement. I am not impressed with anyone running that has never had to live under the laws they pass. Only Trump understands, even though he can't articulate it, the burdens of running a business and how government hampers progress. Trump is not polished and will tell it like he sees it. I enjoy his honesty, even if I don't agree with what he is proposing.

Like I said Cruz is my second choice but he has never had to live under the laws he has passed. He has not held a job in the private sector.

Yep, this is why most people are supporting Trump over Cruz.

As far as I'm aware, Cruz has also never been bankrupt, has never hired illegal aliens to build a hotel, has never openly fantasized about his children, has not left his wife for a younger woman, and has not left THAT wife for a younger woman. These FACTS obviously disqualify him from the GOP nomination apparently.

    Re: 2016 Presidential Campaign

I was reading Trump's Wikipedia. He's obviously spent the past 20 years suing former business partners, cities, and law firms and then being counter-sued by them. I was wondering why he always keeps threatening to sue Cruz over ads and stuff. I guess that's just big business.

This was my favorite. Knowing Trump a little better now, doesn't this sound just like him?

After the 2008 housing-market collapse, Deutsche Bank attempted to collect $40 million that Donald Trump personally guaranteed against their $640 million loan for Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago. Rather than paying the debt, Trump sued Deutsche Bank for $3 billion for undermining the project and damage to his reputation. Deutsche Bank then filed suit to obtain the $40 million. The two parties settled in 2010 with Deutsche Bank extending the loan term by five years.

He also sued Scotland (the country!). In 2011, Donald Trump sued Scotland for building a wind farm after assuring him it would not be built. He had recently built a golf course there and planned to build an adjacent hotel. The suit was dismissed in favor of Scotland by the Scottish Supreme Court

I believe you are correct. As far as the wall goes though, he has already backed off on if that will happen or not.

You are dismissing a lot of things. Obama won just about every voting group except old men and women who are married to them. Trump will do more poorly with women voters than Romney did and they make up more than 50% of all voters. Some polls are showing 10% of Republicans will not vote for trump if he is the nominee. This is presuming that Trump is the nominee. If he isn't, the numbers will be worse because Trump supporters will claim that the nomination was stolen from him at the convention and they won't vote for Cruz or anyone else.

I believe the highlighted part to be accurate. I also believe Trump would run third party just because that's how he operates.

    Nice.

I meant my question about P-Funk was unrelated to your question that I quoted.

Recent polls suggest only 16% of Trump's supporters will abandon the GOP nominee after Trump loses at the convention (a large portion of those were never voting for the GOP anyway).
