At some point our video board production (football and basketball) will have to become a broadcast quality production if streaming it is the way to go. More cameras for video board necessities (timeout marketing events) will be needed while a broadcast quality feed from game cameras will be fed to the streaming along with The Nitzer's (or Malcolm's) play-by-by voiceover. This is one way we can get ready for streaming NOW, regardless of who is transmitting it. One camera streaming (a la All-Access) is an embarrassing minimum.

"Each Conference USA school already televises most of its home sports events digitally, but those games only reach a niche audience. ODU broadcast video of every sports event, from wrestling matches to baseball games, on its digital network – more than 200 games in all.
Now, many of those games are expected to move to ESPN3.
ESPN will send consultants to all 14 C-USA schools to help upgrade television production. The schools will be expected to pay production costs."

The 4-5 news stories I've read had local angles/quotes in them. That is my point. If you know a conference vacation is held in Sandestin, I'd want my AD to call me at the baseball stadium (from the beach if necessary) to give me some insights. That is all.
