I am a Louisiana boy, but I opted for the fried catfish at Tech & Tails (it was delicious) because I was in a lazy mood. The wife had our rubber gloves and everyting, but I just wasn't feeling it.

Now I would never turndown boiled shrimp for catfish.

People who ask you to fax them a document who do not pay for a dedicated line. Phone rings, "Error Occurred"

People who ask you to fax them a document period. Most doctor's offices request faxes. I don't have a dedicated land line and have to disconnect my phone to fax someone. I prefer sending a pdf document. It they really need a hard copy they can print it out.

I have to fax stuff daily. I'd prefer to scan and e-mail, but apparently it's "safer" to send by fax. Go figure.

I work in a business that receives and transmits lots of HIPAA protected and our policy is to require written authorization (waiver of responsibility, really) prior to us sending a paper fax to anyone. Otherwise, it's sent by encrypted email. Providers hate us for that, but only because it's making them get in the 21st century and work towards installing EMRs. At any rate, both have drawbacks. Both can equally annoying. I prefer scan/email myself.

If I had a dedicated fax line it would be ok for sending. However, I don't want the paper. If someone faxed me something I would have to scan it to put in in a file. I believer there is way to send and receive faxes directly from your computer if you are connected to a phone line. Kind of like the old dial up internet connection.

all of my faxes sent to me go into a file on my computer. I only print the pages I need. I haven't figured out a way to send through my printer/fax from my computer.

Just googled "fax from computer" and saw several options. Need phone modem though.

For 15 plus years I"ve complained to Comcast about the volume of all the ESPN channels being much lower than the channels surrounding them and much lower than the commercials. They deny it and still have not fixed it.
