Great point and the real reason for 1-3. Our record will improve when our defense improves. Winning the turnover battle is critical to winning games.

Article in Shreveport Times today would make it look like I plagiarized Coach Holtz. I did not hear his interview. He pleaded for fans to get off RH back. He talked about RH playing with crack in femur as freshman and said defense is problem -- not RH.
Coach spoke about the chances he had to transfer out over last few years -- " this is my school and I love it"

Coach said he's ranked #3 passer in country and no INTs in 10 quarters. Bottom line - I got my stats from NCAA stats yesterday-- not his interview. I've posted before that this thread is 100% Homer-- I trust Coach- and his offensive stats and their decisions. I just don't like threads dedicated to ripping any player ( i.e., he's not the answer). Guarantee you Coach dislikes it a lot more than me

Well if he is a true blue-chip player, then let's hope he can use all the negative reactions to give him a chip on his shoulder, and help us finish strong.

I do hope, regardless, that he does not play while injured so as not to lose his job, but in doing so make the team worse (crack in femur would not be good for this team this year).
