What is going in on east side of Farmerville Highway across from the new car dealership?
According to Lincoln Parish tax records, a big chunk of the vacant lot in front of the new Courtyard by Marriott is owned by Chick-fil-A.
they are waiting on the Marriott to be finished
Probably other reasons as well, the hotel opens in a month. The Chick-fil-a won't be open till long after that.
One of the employees at the existing Waffle House on tech drive stated they were building another one on that lot.
