Wasn't there a game at Auburn around 2000 we lost in OT when our DB dropped an interception that may have been a Pick 6 that would have sealed a win for us as we were leading at the time?
Theres a bunch of them, but Nevada at home when we held a 31 - 16 lead and MTSU last year. Some of the Auburn losses and the close Carolina games.
A very memorable trip for me...
Bridge was out at Vicksburg and we had a choice of Greenville or Natchez. It took FOREVER to get there that Friday afternoon. I rode with my old buddy Tommy Ray who died a few years later in a plane crash.
Bobby Gray, I believe, dropped the interception in his gut that would have sealed the win. I'd have to go back and look, but I think that was during regulation at the end of the game.
That's what bothers me most. LA Tech fans have MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE of these kinds of disappointing games. I know everyone has disappointing games where the team snatches DEFEST from the jaws of victory. But I really do feel like LA Tech has more of these than most.
