Holtz has became too dependent on Barnes to pull his fat out of the fire, maybe he learned a lesson today. Doubt it though.
FAU is up big on ODU. At 3-3 this team has no guarantee of getting to six wins, and all four home games left will be battles.

Only wins left on our schedule at this point are Rice and UTEP, and at this point those are in doubt.
Man Tech is depressing.
While he deserves some blame, putting it squarely on Barnes ignores the first three quarters of the game. We are lucky UAB isn't a good team. They way they moved the ball on us early on, we were lucky to be in it.
I feel like every game will be like this. We either make the plays in the 4th to win like wku and usa, or we lose a close one like today and South Carolina. Probably be one more loss where it is over in the third.
We won't become a great team with Skip - we would do good once in awhile when all the stars are aligned.
There is no ambition in Skip to make Tech a great non-P5 team.
