Lots of things can be physically wrong with a 71 year old man. Our genius president is stable and genetically blessed. No drugs, no alcohol seem to be good for the mind and body.
How am I denying medical science? He is clearly overweight, has a terrible diet of fast food and soda, has high and increasing bad cholesterol and is having his cholesterol meds upped. I would hardly call that excellent health - but average at best.
