    Get a grip, man.

Also, if you want to know where the issues are, look no further than the attempts by the dem party and other willing anti-Trump accomplices to overthrow the results of a fair election. If they are successful, I dare say how presidents of the future will fare. Soros is one of the ones virtually destroying the fabric of America, and he is a damned Hitler-loving NAZI liberal hypocrite POS. You pansies need to suck it up and deal with the reality of what happened, and maybe work towards putting forth a candidate that can win in the next election (if Trump is impeached on some BS crap, you can bet whoever it is will be impeached as well and thoroughly investigated).

Obama with his "pen and phone" added to this as well. Hillary getting away with her e-mail fiasco where phones and hard drives were either wiped clean or destroyed with a hammer. The whole DACA issue as well. Democracies are nations of LAWS, and if you only selectively enforce them, democracy breaks down.

But you just go back to your echo chamber and act like the last year of Obama did not get the same score and pretend like it is all Trump's fault. No need to use the thinky thinky thing God gave you.

Some say Trump is just a symptom of the disease, and not the disease itself.

Trump’s continuous outrageous claims — often made on Twitter — are particularly unhelpful to the tenets of democracy. As Brian Klaas, author of “The Despot’s Accomplice: How the West is Aiding and Abetting the Decline of Democracy,” wrote in the Washington Post, "democracy will not function if Americans cannot be sure that the president’s claims are at least grounded in evidence-based reality.”

I wonder if Brian Klaaus thought Democracy was important for the 8 years preceding Trump when our limp wristed president caved to the demands of terrorists and constantly apologized for things we did to hurt other nations. Is Brian Klaaus also a one world guy?

Is there an echo in this chamber? Sure seems like it.

Have you noticed how upset snowflakes get when they learn about what a Republic is and that we are one? The whole separation of powers thing also blows their minds.

    Re: President Trump

We are a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy and not even a "representative democracy" either. We are a Republic....period!

And be glad that we are too. None of us would want our laws based solely on the whim of the voting populous, that can change its philosophical view as quickly as the wind changes direction. Nor do we want to elect representatives who would also be subject to changing whims. Just think if we were TRULY a "representative democracy" as some say they want. The GOP controls Congress and the WH right now...they could vote to pass laws that outlaw anything they don't like, and make laws to support those things they do like. But, they can't, and neither can the 'craps (although they have the gonads to try) when they control Congress and the WH.

Nope in both cases. We are a Constitutional Republic with laws that over rule the whims of 535 people.

Yep, amazing. If there ends up being a dictator here in America, it is the snowflakes that will make it possible, because they are currently intent on overthrowing the results of a free and fair election, which will only lead to more of that in the future. That would be the end of our "REPRESENTATIVE" democratic system, which is NOT a "pure" democracy no matter what the writer said....but they are in the "I am going to sit in the corner and hold my breath until I get my way" mode right now, so there is no logical argument that will make them see reality.

The writer might also be made to understand that the UK is not a pure democracy either.
