These cities have reached a reasonable conclusion that they can provide better for public safety by focusing on regular crime fighting and not immigration enforcement.
Would you agree that law enforcement relies on public trust?
One of the major problems with taking on the role of immigration enforcement is that immigrant communities are less likely to out violent offenders when the victim of the crime would face the risk of deportation by coming forward.
There is a reason that conservatives believe that law enforcement should be left to states and communities.

But, just to accept your statement for a moment, you say he "was" which means he used to be, but isn't any longer. You're a moron (note present tense).
Using the past tense doesn’t mean he changed who he supports. It just means that at least at one time in the past he supported Trump. He still could be a supporter and could have always been a supporter. The reason I used the past tense is simply because I know it was true in the past (when he was making crazy posts on Instagram and dreaming up the idea of being a school shooter - se the photo and video with the MAGA hat). He could have reformed his views in prison for all I know. He isn’t posting on the internet anymore.
