So you have the smug anti-Christianity rant down to a tee. However.....

Our culture and our Constitution were built from tenets of the Protestant reformation, which is why we enjoy the prosperity we have, and why our global welfare output is infinitely higher than any other country to ever grace the globe. This is the most charitable country on Earth. For some reason, however, you think attacking our heritage and Christians somehow makes you morally superior than everyone else.

Personally I have not been in a church in over 25 years and have no plans to change that at any time in the immediate future. But I think your attacks on religion (YOU insinuated that Mexicans were violent because of their religious culture, remember....something that even the hated Donald Trump did not imply) are much like the insolent child rebelling against his parents. If you have a belief in helping your fellow man, I can assure you it came from the very thing you profess to hate.

And as someone that does not attend church, but recognizes the vital part Christianity held in shaping our culture and building America, I am not going to attack Christianity and think that watering down the culture that created America is somehow desirable. Without our culture, we BECOME Mexico.

I thought we were talking about the asylum seekers from Honduras and El Salvador - not Mexico,

Mexico is a very Christian country.

The Protestant Reformation influenced the separation of church and state, because of their experience with religious persecution. Had very little to do with “Christianity” in the general sense.

And, technically, what I have said today is not “anti-Christianity”. I have questioned so-called Christians who seem to harbor these dark feelings towards people that are being persecuted.

Persecuted by who? Hondurasians, er people from Honduras, are being persecuted? I know several Hondurasians, know them very well. They seem to have good lives. One is a college professor, and he travels back and forth to Honduras to see family. Two others are students. They bring very nice gifts....and coffee, great coffee! when they return from Honduras. They mention nothing about persecution occurring in their home country. So, why are these 1200 Hondurasians invading our country?

You tell me. My understanding is that people seeking asylum from Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua are usually seeking asylum from gang-related violence.

Just heard on the radio, or maybe it was on the Net...anyway, problem solved. Eric Holder is meeting the Hondurian mob and arming them with automatic weapons. Now they can return home and defend themselves against the gangs. That Holder is such a great humanitarian.

And George Soros is funding all of it.

I am more disturbed by the fact that you so-called Christians would rather see these women and children killed our rape.
Wow, I didn't know it was a mob of 1200 raped Honduran women headed to our border. Hum.....well if they were raped, and now pregnant, the anti-God liberals in America will pay to have their babies aborted/murdered; that is if they aren't murdered first by the same guns Eric Holder gave the Mexican cartel.

So help me out. For Christians is it Country > God? I forget the order.

On this Easter, I hope you guys focus on darkness of the heart wherever it manifests.
What a typical Democrat hypocrite you are. Your blatantly spew your hate for President Trump on this forum, yet have the audacity to accuse anyone that supports the enforcement of our constitutional immigration laws of hating those that would enter our country illegally. That is very lame of you. Im sorry to break this to you Guisslapp, but you are the biggest hater on this forum.

They do this caravan every year. Perhaps if Trump were on better terms with Mexico they would, but it seems like most of these asylum seekers have a different destination in mind.

And based on the last tweet storm, it seems that Trump has changed his mind and wants Congress to fund the wall rather than Mexico.
