So, what I take from all this is that not only are illegal immigrants less likely to commit violent crimes than US citizens (I have already posted links to this data), they may also be less likely to be a repeat offender.
Now how about you practice your critical thinking skills and figure out which brainwashing techniques the “dangerous illegal immigrants” narrative fits into.

Illegals are criminals by their mere presence here. Thus the use of "illegals." Whether they then commit other crimes, violent crimes or otherwise, and whether they do so at a higher or lower rate than American citizens is irrelevant. The fact "illegals" do commit other crimes only reinforces the urgency to round them up and deport them, or shoot 'em all. They are criminals, treat them as such. In fact, they are foreign invaders. Deploy the army and kill 'em where they stand.

BTW, any gamers here? I am playing Fall Out 4 and you can build these settlements, with defenses. I use mine fields and motion-detector machine guns (turrets). Unfortunately, the machine guns don't discriminate between true bad guys, and innocent passers-by and especially critters. My turrets wiped out a family of deer who were grazing and got too close. But, my settlers rounded up the meat for a great cook out, so it wasn't all bad.

I don’t lay awake at night fearing anything. I sleep well knowing I have done all I can with door locks, alarm system, and my Springfield XD to prot cut my family from a repeat offender, first time offender, legal or illegal. It’s just reality. Anything can happen to anyone at any time. Why do I have to be okay with illegals just adding to the equation?
Do you also object to it when citizens have kids? Cause that adds to the equation even more than the illegals do.
Hope that Springfield XD is well secured, kids don’t have access to it, and no one in your family is ever harmed by it.

There was no study showing more defensive use of guns than crimes. But, yeah, when you rely on a survey there is a data skew towards the answer that respondents believe make them look better. Far more likely that someone will say they store their gun safely when they don’t than will report they don’t store their gun safely when they do.
