As far as the ESPN+ platform, it's great. I streamed from my Amazon Fire TV (xfinity 100mbps DL speed) and experienced zero buffering or interruptions. It was a constant HD stream. ESPN did a good job with their streaming platform. I remember back in the days experiencing lags and buffering.

I remember try to watch a Boise game with dialup internet 😂

Ha! I'm a glutton for punishment. Upon second viewing, the 1st half wasn't bad at all. A lot of positives and the negatives seem fixable.

Yes, this is not an ESPN problem. We've been dealing with this up here from Comcast and Sudden Link for years.

100 times better than the Souf Bama broadcast.... still have room to improve, but we got replays, knew how many timeout remained and the down and distance was updated rather quick!!

I agree. I was very pleased with my LA Tech-Southern U game broadcast. The video was HD quality and the replays were good. I thought the broadcast team did a great job too, save for the young lady on the sidelines, who kept reading her updates from Q-cards or something. She didn't enunciate her words properly, or articulate her expressions with any feeling or voice inflections. She just sounded like she was reading everything she said.

beIN Sports is currently not available on DirecTV due to a contract dispute so I don't know if I will get to watch the North Texas game. I am not a happy camper.

Do what I and many of my friends did when Dish quit carrying WGN. I told them if I couldn’t watch the Cubs, then I didn’t need their service.
