NYPD Commissioner said that the bombs were not wired so they could detonate. Also if they were truly bombs.. why did CNN and other news outlets get to take pictures of the bombs? That is definitely not SOP for police departments and bomb squads. They do not allow pictures of bombs for fear that cameras, phones, and other devices could set it off. They didn't allow pictures of the boston bomber, CNN and others just showed pictures of a pressure cooker, not pictures of the bombs themselves.

This guy is nothing but a well-paid fall guy to divert attention away from Soros et al....
