Constitutional text from the 14th Amendment below:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
If Trump issues an executive order that is unconstitutional I have confidence the Supreme Court will rule against it. That's how the system is suppose to work.
Of course, being pragmatic, I would hope someone would counsel Trump not to issue such an order given that. Like, "Mr. President, if you do this, it'll be challenged and end up in the SC, and be over-turned. So, please, let's consider something else."
But, President Trump doesn't ask me for guidance and advice.
It’s okay, it’s all a setup. Trump proposes a ridiculous EO, then Kavanaugh writes the majority opinion overturning the EO. The left now loves Kavanaugh for standing up to Trump.
You know Trump also took an oath of office where he swore to protect and defend the Constitution. That burden isn’t solely the courts to uphold.

For starters they want due process and presumption of innocence thrown out, per the Kavanaugh hearings.
Did I read correctly that the 14th amendment was written concerning slaves, brought here against their will? It’s not for illegals who weren’t forced into the decision.
Kavanaugh wasn’t being tried for a crime, so that doesn’t apply to his confirmation hearing.
