Coach's question: why cant we play Willie Baker and Jaylon at the same time? I know they play the same position, but how dominant would that be?

Baker deserves some credit this year. The defense hasn't been shutdown, but has been a lot better than the past few years. They have to think that they have to play perfect, and they are on the field most of the game. Kept us in most games. Kept us in the UAB game until they were completely gassed because the offense decided not to do anything after the first drive, and that came off a short field thanks to an interception. Holtz is in charge of the offense, so it's on him.
Loved to see Ferguson congratulating him as he came off the field. Jaylon is a true team player.
Holtz thinks he’s being smart saving Ferguson’s energy for the fourth quarter when Hawaii will be tired. The thing is that be then Hawaii may be well ahead and running the ball to kill the clock.
