Truth! And it did for me. In 2016 my vote was more an anti-Killary vote. But I've seen the Trump Truth! and I am voting FOR him in 2020.

Then why won’t they allow the House call witnesses and request documents? That is how trials (including impeachments) normally work.
Why didn't the House call said witnesses, etc? Oh, that's right, they were in such a hurry to ram this hoax through they chose not to ask the courts to rule on the "executive priviledge" declaration. They could have. Yeah, it would have taken longer to let the issue(s) play out in court, but we do have THREE branches of government for a reason.
No, here's why. The dems know full well they are pushing a hoax, a witch hunt, and this is really about hoping to flip the Senate. This is all political. Very typical of the dems who are always "all political."

An impeachment is different than the trial. Never before has evidence for the trial been restricted to that which was available in the impeachment hearing. It doesn’t even make sense.
To add - it is a pure political maneuver designed to help Trump keep certain evidence from seeing the light of day. It is a low integrity, clown move.
What doesn't make sense is why the democrats are trying to impeach a president for winning an election. Hillary got away with having 4 americans killed and an embassy destroyed under her watch and neither she nor obama did one thing to try to save them. That's an impeachable offense to me. Holding up my tax money to keep it from going to a corrupt foreign government is not an impeachable offense.

Unfortunately, that is a complete mischaracterization of the facts. What Trump did was exactly what the Framers put impeachment in the Constitution to remedy.
