The liberal intent is to make the House option less attractive so they Senate finishes the job.

You are so full of poop the last 12 months but I still love ya!
Of course the Senate bill will pass as it's coming from a sane conservative led body.
Pelosi and the low IQ left don't have the mental capacity to even "over think" a situation right
    now due their TDS virus.

I haven’t seen this either. But I would think limiting or shutting down immigration would be of highest priority since we don’t have beds, meds, or equipment to serve our citizens, much less anyone from outside our borders.

Mar 4, 2020 - Some 328 immigrants from China have been caught crossing the ... Actor Daniel Dae Kim credits 'secret weapon' for COVID-19 recovery

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Wednesday, March 4, 2020

Some 328 immigrants from China have been caught crossing the border illegally so far this year, according to Homeland Security data that raises the prospect a coronavirus carrier could sneak into the country via the U.S.-Mexico border.

Three other people from South Korea
    — another country with rapidly spreading cases — have also been arrested at the border, as have 122 people from the Dominican Republican, where the coronavirus has now been detected.

All told, more than 1,000 migrants a day are caught attempting to sneak in illegally from Mexico, which detected its first case last week, and since has identified five others.

Decreasing immigration and border enforcement aren't the same thing. Given Tyler's link, I think the answer to my original question is no.

I'm not sure which is in the bill. If it's enforcement, I'd categorize that as pork.

A-hah! you do have an ounce of sense in ya. That's good.

Yeah, I can see that being their strategy. Make the Senate bill libtardly (just made up that term), enough lib stuff for now...and make the House bill REALLY, ridiculously libtardly such that the lib Senate bill appears to be "okay" in comparison to the mega-lib House bill. That way the merely lib Senate bill will be spun as a compromise and if Trump balks, why, whoa! political fodder!

As I just posted on another thread...we all get it, the Dems are much better at playing political games than are the Repubs.

There may be a difference in Border Control and Immigration Control/Reform, but the net result is no different. We still end up with people we can’t serve whether they bring the virus here or contract it after arriving, or if they contract something else that can’t be served for a lack of beds and equipment.

Again what I stated, "Remember the top Kung Flu hot spots in America are sanctuary cities and states."

I really don't think we will ever hear the results of your question. The answer will be perceived as racist and Trump doesn't want any American-Chinese or American-Asians hurt by something they didn't bring to our country or do. Although if visiting China they might have inadvertently carried the virus here; but again not their fault at the time.
No harm should ever be allowed to come to them as Trump stated yesterday. We all agree on BB&B and should around the country.

So no I bet it will be years until we read or hear these demographics.

Pick one. They're everywhere. But you might be joking.

I want to see them as well.

    Here is an update.

Quarantined senators may show up in 'hazmat-like protective gear' for bailout vote...
