Exactly! And Trump said the same. We will make sure all hot spots have enough. And he said somebody in NY needs to see why they think they all of the sudden need 300,000 per week.
So health care workers don’t get or spread COVID. Duh!

Dang! saw where a doctor was going to work...in Cleveland, I think it was, and tripped over a curb that had been under construction. Broke his foot and is now unable to pull his shift during this crisis. I cannot believe that Trump did not anticipate this and order that curb fixed immediately, before we lost a critical medical worker. Apparently EVERYONE, including Goosey, knew about this dangerous curb but they all remained silent waiting for President Trump to personally tour and inspect the curbs near this hospital in Cleveland.
I'm beginning to have some doubts about Trump. Doesn't he know he MUST think for everyone? No one is capable of making even the most basic decisions for themselves, sheesh!

Suddenly they need 10 times as many as they needed last week? Trump pointed out (of course you ignored that part) that New Orleans might come up short if the New York request was honored.
Maybe you haven’t seen that NYC has seen more than a 30 fold increase in coronavirus cases. Maybe you missed the fact that doctors WERE being told to reuse their masks.

But it sounds like you are now calling for federal action on this. Do you now agree that Trump should have used the DPA to procure and direct the flow of these critical supplies so that these limited resources go where they are needed?

Perhaps you are remembering how FDR was responsible for the assault on Pearl Harbor. Or how Bush was responsible for 911. The buck must stop with the guy that gets elected every 4 years, right? Heck, let's just have Trump appoint the governors and have them work directly for him....that might stop this sanctuary city crap!
No one is blaming Trump for coronavirus. But everyone knows this is a global and national issue - not a regional one. Any other president in the history of our nation would have shown “buck stops with me” leadership. Trump is constantly looking for a new boogeyman to blame, China, Obama, the media, the governors.
It is really weak leadership. Something that is being modeled for the next generation of leaders to see, and hopefully not emulate.
Add Biden, Bush and select mayors to your boogeyman list and you’ve nailed the culprits.
Trump has stepped up big time in this, and in every other major, serious issue facing the US...and by extension our allies in some matters. If he had a cooperative Congress, which he has never had, we'd see more of our problems already solved. Trump has a "fighter's" attitude and he doesn't take BS from anyone. Globalist, socialist pig-dogs don't like Trump because he is fighting against their evil agenda. They try to impune him with stupid, off-base labels....like "he's not much of a leader." But what they are really upset about is he is kicking their ass!
Trump still hasn’t stepped up because he is not taking accountability for anything and he still hasn’t issued a coherent national response beyond some social distancing guidelines.
